The Office of Student and Career Services for the Columbia Campus is located on the School of Medicine VA Campus on the first floor of Building 3.  Office hours are 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.  The main telephone number is (803) 733-3135; the fax number is (803) 733-1585.  The address for regular mail is:  Office of Student and Career Services, University of South Carolina School of Medicine, School of Medicine VA Campus Building 3, Columbia, SC 29208.  For Federal Express and UPS please use 6439 Garners Ferry Road, Building 3, Room 126, zip code 29209.

The Office of Medical Student Services for the Greenville Campus is located on the Mezzanine Level of Greenville Memorial Hospital.  The address for regular, Federal Express, and UPS is Office of Medical Student Services, Greenville Memorial Hospital, 701 Grove Road, Greenville, SC 29605.  The fax number is (864) 455-5267.
