The Office of Student Services is located on the School of Medicine campus on the first floor of Building 3.  Office hours are 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.  The telephone number is (803) 733-3135; the fax number is (803) 733-1585.  The address for regular mail is:  Office of Student Services, University of South Carolina School of Medicine, School of Medicine Campus Building 3, Columbia, SC 29208.  For Federal Express and UPS please use 6439 Garners Ferry Road, Building 3, Room 126, zip code 29209.
